我公司是一家集研究開發、生產銷售為一體的科技型高新技術企業，公司主要股東成員——成都金和工貿有限公司，自2000年磁懸浮交通技術在中國試驗應用以來，就開始致力于其移動供電軌道系統的研究設計，在國內已有的全部五條磁懸浮試驗線上，均采用了該公司提供的供電軌系統，為我國磁浮交通事業做出了重要貢獻。在磁懸浮移動供電軌系統的研究開發領域具有其他公司不能比擬的領先地位。公司核心產品——鋼鋁復合C型供電軌，更是擁有獲得發明專利授權的自主知識產權的獨家產品。該產品主要技術指標優于德國同類產品。近年來，參與了國家“十五”863計劃《高速磁浮交通技術重大專項試驗線工程》、“十一五”國家科技支撐計劃《高速磁浮交通技術創新及產業化研究》、《上海低速（城軌）磁浮交通試驗線工程》動力軌系統和牽引感應板、《北京控股中低速磁浮列車唐山試驗線工程》供電軌系統等項目，并取得圓滿的成果。
我公司以領先的工藝技術，專業生產以軌道交通供電軌、安裝軌以及其他特種異型材、金屬復合材料為代表的新型功能材料產品。產品用途涵蓋軌道交通線路建設、車輛制造以及橋梁隧道、現代高層建筑等方面的市場需求。
“Sichuan Pingu Transport New Materials Co., Ltd is located in the Machinery Industry Park of the Industry Development Zone in China’s well-know "city of special steel" – Jiangyou City, Sichuan Province. Our company was jointly founded in April 2010 by Chengdu Jinhe Industry and Commerce Co., Ltd, Sichuan Xinyuan Section Steel Pipe Co., Ltd and Beijing Puran Import and Export Co., Ltd in order to meet the requirements of the rapid development of China’s rail transportation, especially urban rail transportation, and to provide advanced supporting high-tech products and comprehensively excellent technical services to the relevant fields.
Our company is a scientific and technological hi-tech company integrating R&D, production and sales. Chengdu Jinhe Industry and Commerce Co., Ltd, one of the main shareholders, has been dedicated to the research and design of the mobile power supply rail system since 2000, when the maglev transportation technology was piloted in China. All the five pilot maglev lines in China have adopted the power supply rail system provided by that company, making significant contributions to China’s maglev transportation undertaking. It has had an incomparable leading position than other companies in the R&D field of maglev mobile power supply systems. Its core product – steel and aluminum compound C-type power supply rail is even a unique product with independent intellectual property rights and authorized by invention patent. The main technical indexes of that product are superior to similar German products. In recent years, it participated in the following projects and made excellent achievements: the Major Special Pilot Line Project of High-speed Maglev Transportation Technology (under China’s 863 Program during the 11th “Five-year Plan” period), the Innovation and Industrialization Study of High-speed Maglev Transportation Technology (under the national sci-tech supporting program during China’s 11th “Five-year Plan" period), the power rail system and traction and induction board of Shanghai Low-speed (City-rail) Maglev Transportation Pilot Line Project, and the power supply rail system of Tangshan Pilot Line Project of Beijing Holdings Medium- and Low-speed Maglev Trains.
With advanced processes and technologies, our company specializes in the production of new functional materials with the representatives of power supply rails and installation rails of rail transportation and other special profiled bars and metallic composite materials. Product usages cover market demands in rail transportation line construction, vehicle manufacture, bridge, tunnels and modern high-rise buildings etc.
研發、生產能力R&D and Production Capacities
我公司擁有專業從事磁懸浮供電軌系統、安裝軌系列產品以及相關產品制造工藝等多方面的研究開發團體，包括金屬材料（含金屬復合材料）、機械工程、計算機及自動控制等各個相關專業的高級技術人才，設有專門的試驗檢測中心，主要試驗檢測設備有：10T電子式萬能材料試驗機、沖擊試驗機、金相顯微鏡以及供電軌仿真模擬彎曲和變形試驗臺、15m檢測平臺等，并與西南交通大學、四川大學、西華大學、湖南大學、江西理工大學、國家磁浮中心、四川省有色冶金研究院等大專院校、科研院所形成了緊密的技術聯合研究開發體系，從材料、機械、自動控制以及應用實驗等多學科、多方面進行聯合研究開發，充分保障了研究成果的先進性和創新性。公司近年來所研發的“磁懸浮用C型鋼鋁復合供電軌”、“供電軌支撐絕緣子”、“供電軌安裝支架系統”及“供電軌專用安裝工程車”等系列產品已經達到國際先進、國內領先水平。擁有磁浮交通方面專利9項，其中發明專利7項，已授權4項；實用新型專利2項已授權。
在公司強大的技術力量的保障下，建設了多條技術先進的現代化生產線，擁有微機控制的多輥輥拔成套設備、西部地區獨有的超長臥式熱處理爐，以多輥輥拔（輥彎）工藝為核心，輔以公司自主研發的輔助生產工藝技術、專用設備及工模具，整個產品生產流程先進、高效，產品質量優良、穩定。

Our company possesses professional R&D teams in manufacture processes of the maglev power supply rail system, the installation rail series products and the relevant products, including senior technicians in such fields as metallic materials (including metallic composite materials), mechanical engineering, computer and automatic control. A special test and inspection center is established. The main test and inspection equipment and devices include the 10T electronic universal materials tester, the impact testing machine, the metallographic microscope, the analog simulation bending and distortion testing platform for power supply rail, the 15m testing platform etc. It has formed a close joint technical R&D system with Southwest Jiaotong University, Sichuan University, Xihua University, Hunan University, Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, China National Maglev Center and Sichuan Research Institute of Non-ferrous etc to conduct joint R&D in various subjects and aspects like materials, machinery, automatic control and application experiments to fully guarantee the advanced and innovative properties of research fruits. The “C-type steel and aluminum composite power supply rail for maglev”, “the supporting insulators for power supply rail”, “installation support system for power supply rail” and “special installation engineering vehicle for power supply rail” – the series of products developed by our company in recent years have reached world’s advanced and domestically leading technological levels. It possesses 9 maglev transportation patents, among which 7 are invention patents (4 have been authorized) and 2 utility model patents have been authorized.
With the guarantee of its powerful technical strength, our company has established several technically-advanced modern production lines, owned microcomputer-controlled multi-roller roller-extracting complete set equipment, and West China’s only extra-long horizontal heat treatment furnaces. With the multi-roller roller-extracting (roller-bending) process as the core and supplemented with the company’s self-developed auxiliary production process technologies and special equipment, tools and dies, our company’s entire product production procedures are advanced and efficient and the products are excellent in quality and stable.
